We are registered and licensed by the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) to carry out Environmental and Social Impact Assessments and Audits with you and for you.

• Environmental and Social Impact Assessments
  We consult with our clients from across all sectors of the economy in efficiently carrying out Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (EIA) of their proposed projects, in line with the Kenyan Environmental Law. On behalf of our client, we submit the assessment reports to National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) for review, approval and licensing. With the EIA license, our clients can happily proceed with their development, having fulfilled their legislative mandate.

• Environmental Audit
  Did you know that the Kenyan Environmental law requires the owner/developer of a project/development for which an EIA licence has been issued to keep accurate records and make annual reports to NEMA describing how far the project conforms in operation with the statements made in the EIA report submitted to the Authority?  These records can only be submitted after conducting an environmental and social audit of your development. Hence, we consult with our clients from across all sectors of the economy in carrying out Environmental Audits of their projects/developments.
